Fees & Location



Fees are determined by session length; the first visit is usually longer than any follow-up visits.  Fees are competitive and commensurate with my training and level of experience.  I offer a sliding scale for clients who can demonstrate financial need or hardship.  

Payment in full is requested at the time of each visit; I accept checks or cash, and do not accept credit or debit cards.  


Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.  
The majority of insurance companies consider my fees to fall within the "reasonable and customary" range for my credentials and location.  If needed, I can furnish you with a statement for possible reimbursement from your insurance company. I am considered an out-of-network provider for most PPO insurance plans; I resigned from all insurance managed care panels more than eight years ago due to privacy concerns.  It is your responsibility to investigate what your insurance may cover.


Cancellation Policy

If you cancel or do not appear for your scheduled appointment - and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance - you will be required to pay the full fee for the missed time; insurance will not cover this.  The only exception to this policy will be during periods of inclement weather or hazardous driving conditions (your call).  Please note that cancellations are accepted by voicemail only.

Office Location / Parking

My office is located at 132 East Putnam Avenue in Cos Cob, CT, between exits 4 and 5 of I-95, directly across the street from Starbucks and above CVS.  There is ample parking in the rear of the building.
